Sean and his crew were great. I needed soffit vents and box vents installed. I also needed a couple of shingle repairs and a few spots on my drip edge fixed. Steve spent quite a bit of time looking over the roof with me and educating me about how it's all put together. I really appreciate the amazing service. They got the job done on time and cleaned everything up when they were done. The price was reasonable and I will be contacting them for all my future roofing needs.

Outstanding! Found a shingle in my driveway, which isn't a good thing. Asked for estimates from several roofers on Thumbtack on a Sunday, Red Sail was the first to respond Monday around noon. I had said that it wasn't an emergency. Very reasonable estimate, much, much lower that I expected, so I called off the other two roofers. He inspected the rest of our roof and didn't try to convince me to fix anything else. Very honest, not like some roofers. Told me he could get to it Thursday when the weather was more appropriate, actually came Wednesday and repair was very fast. When climbing up, one of the workers stepped on a place that I could see sunk in, showing rot, before they even told me about it, so I know it's true. I got another very reasonable estimate from Red Sail. No one tried to convince me that more was needed or that I had storm damage everywhere or that I otherwise needed to spend lots of money. Very impressed with them.

Working with Sean was incredibly easy from start to finish having our roof replaced. He was quickly out to check out the roof, show us the damage, and worked very closely with our insurance agent. We were kept in the loop the entire process and quickly were put on the schedule to have our roof replaced.
